What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Please note, if you would like to make a return, the following return and exchange terms and conditions would apply:

  1. The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs incurred. If the item/s received are faulty, damage or not as ordered, HIMKALA LIMBU DESIGNS will be liable for the postage expenses incurred and refund the amount to you. We will not accept the damage items caused due to wear and tear, and /or product negligence by the customer. At the time of sending back your return delivery, we recommend you to get a tracking number which would be helpful to track the item while in transit.

  2. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 7-days of receipt of the goods.

  3. Returned goods must be in ORIGINAL AND SELLABLE CONDITION, with all tags still intact together with the original packaging.  Items soiled with make-up, stain etc. will not be accepted.

  4. Please retain your proof of purchase (receipt) of item(s) until refund is processed.

  5. Exchange can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability.

  6. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on SALE ITEMS or PRE-ORDER ITEMS.

Can I exchange my item if the size does not fit me?
As long as the item(s) you want to exchange was paid FULL PRICE and is in ORIGINAL AND SELLABLE CONDITION and returned within 7 days, we will offer you an exchange and this is subject to requested size availability.

Who will handle my return item shipping fee?
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Have you received my return item?
Once a return has been received, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. Thereafter, it may take up to 10 business days to process the payments. However, when sending back your return we recommend you to get a tracking number, just in case it needs to be tracked down.
